What was your path/journey after you graduated from Cornell?

After graduating, I earned a Master of Urban Planning from USC. I have lived in the Los Angeles area for 30 years, and in Culver City, CA, since 2007. I am currently a licensed member of the American Institute of Certified Planners since 2001.

I have been working in the field of land use, real estate development and lobbying for 30 years. In 2012, I started Three6ixty, a women-led, full-service land use and expediting firm providing entitlement, permit expediting, project management, community engagement, and governmental advocacy for clients across the United States.  Three6ixty has been in the top ten of Los Angeles Business Journal Lobbying Firms since 2016, and Top 100 Women-Led Firms in Los Angeles since 2022.

I served on the Culver City Planning Commission from 2013 to 2022 and have been actively involved in various non-profit organizations focused on housing policy and philanthropy, as well as state-wide lobbying efforts to further housing within the state.

Outside of the office, I love to travel, ski and spend time outdoors, dining at great restaurants, and spending time with my wonderful partner Craig, my two amazing boys Eli (16) and Zach (13), and my stepson Gavin (13).

What WAS your favorite Class at Cornell? In retrospect, what has proven to be your most useful class from Cornell?

My absolute favorite class was an architecture elective focused on the architectural history of synagogues and ghettos. It was fascinating and rewarding. My most useful class was a government class on Mayoral Politics - understanding political dynamics from a young age has been the foundation of my entire career.

What advice would you give to a student starting at Cornell in Fall 2025?

Explore everything - take wild classes that have nothing to do with your major, but feed your soul - have fun beyond it all - you will never have this level of freedom again!

How did your Cornell experience most influence you post-graduation?

It was wonderful - Cornell really taught us to think critically, challenge conventional beliefs, learn to see multiple sides to a story. It was a perfect college experience.

What are you most looking forward to at Reunion 2025?

Seeing old friends, catching up, and spending a weekend away from my family!! But mostly dancing like a 51 year old in the tent on the Arts Quad like those "old" people that I used to see!
